Citizen Printers Third Year Extended Warranty
Add a third year complimentary extended warranty when you purchase any Citizen printer from us.
All Citizen printers come with a 2 years warranty as standard from the manufacturer.
However, we are offering an optional complimentary third year for FREE (worth £99).
Terms and conditions apply:
- The warranty does not cover change of mind, accidental damage, cosmetic damage or general wear and tear.
- Print heads are only covered for 1 year.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us for repair/replacement; however, we will ship back to you free of charge.
- Third year warranty cannot be added after purchase.
- Warranty is per printer, you must add the warranty for each printer you wish to cover.
- Warranty will be void if the printer is damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, or not following our packing guidlines for shipment.
- Warranty will be void if the Citizen label, logo, serial number or rating label has been removed or an attempt has been made to remove it.
