We will accept the following printers in the part exchange scheme, subject to meeting our criteria:

  • Citizen CX-02
  • Citizen CY-02
  • Citizen CX-02W

We reserve the right to reject a part exchange enquiry with any of these models based on our stock levels at any given time.

How does the process work?

It’s very simple…

  • Give us a call and tell us which printer you have, and we will walk you through the process.
  • Essentially, we need to know what condition your printer is in, and how many prints it has done. This is a simple process that we can discuss on the phone.
  • You will then need to send us an email to salesdept@systeminsight.com with all the details discussed on the phone, plus some images of the printer and a copy of the print count.
  • If you would like our technical team to test your printer for a potential part exchange, we will arrange collection.
  • Once our technical team have tested the printer and have approved it, our purchasing team will give you an offer.
  • If you accept the offer, we can proceed with the next steps.

Can I upgrade to any Citizen Printer?

Yes! You are eligible to upgrade to any Citizen printer you like. The amount we offer you in part-exchange will be taken away from the cost of your new printer.
