Booking Technical Support

If you need technical support, you will need to call our head office on 01329 835500. You will, at first, speak to one of our sales and customer service representatives who will ask you for some important information regarding your printer and the issue you are having. They will pass on all of this information, along with your details, to our highly trained and expert technical support team who will give you a call back within 48 hours of your initial call. Please be advised that the lead time on call-backs can be longer during our peak seasons.
