Renting a photo printer is ideal, especially if you are new to a type of event and are unsure how a piece of equipment will perform. You have the ideal opportunity to try the equipment at a live event and make money without having to purchase expensive equipment. You will then be able to decide if it is right equipment for you.

About Our Rental Scheme
Printer rentals are for a minimum of 7 days, but can be extended to meet your requirements.
We would advise ensuring you order your printer for delivery 2-3 days prior to your event to give you a chance to get used to the printer and make contact with us with any questions or problems you may have.
Your media costs are taken out of your deposit when your rental period comes to an end and we receive the printer back to us. We will send you the maximum amount of media you need for your event, any left over you can return with the printer.
In order for us to complete your rental order, you MUST do the following:
- Confirm all your order details – delivery & collection address, media size & quantity required, and required dates.
- Payment details have been provided and are accurate.
- You confirm that you agree to the Terms & Conditions. This must be given to us in writing via email, before 3pm on the day of dispatch.
If all 3 of these steps are not completed, we will not be able to dispatch your order.
Upon returning the printer to us at the end of your rental period, you MUST ensure that any media is removed to prevent damages to the printer.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum hire period?
The minimum hire period is one week; however, our prices for a week are usually what others charge for a day! We always suggest you get the equipment a few days beforehand to familiarise yourself with it.
What if I need support?
If you need help or support with the equipment you have rented from us, simply give our office a call on 01329 835500. You will be able to speak to one of our Technicians. Our office is open 9.00 – 17:30 Monday-Friday.
When do I get my deposit back?
We aim to refund your remaining deposit within 10 days of the printer being returned to us.
Why should I use a Dye Sub Photo Printer at my event?
Dye sublimation printers are designed for use at events and attractions where a high quality instant photo is required. Their speed, capacity and instantly touch-dry finish make them ideal for a multitude of scenarios.
