Update Procedure:
1. Double-click the downloaded file to extract files into a folder. Get into the folder then get into ‘Driver’ subfolder. Click AUTORUN.EXE to install driver. Return then get into ‘FW’ subfolder. Click 'BurnFW.exe' to update firmware. 2. Do NOT power off printer or remove USB cable during firmware update process to avoid printer damage.
Read carefully before download:
1. Supports Win 7, Win 8 and Win 10 [Supports Windows x86 and x64, but not Windows RT. Able to print via Desktop Style App., but not Windows Style App. (Metro Style App.)].
Note:
1. Please update printer driver, firmware and PrinBiz at the same time to get the better performance. 2. The update program is mainly provided for product performance enhancement, and it shall not be treated as additional assurance or warranty extension.
