Starting at £60+VAT per hour, we provide Technical Support to all our customers, and even if you have bought elsewhere, we can still help you.
We have extensive knowledge of this equipment as we use it daily around the world. No other printer supplier does this.
At System Insight, we are unique in our approach to instant photo printing as we use the equipment ourselves. Our sister company Image Insight supplies photographic solutions around the world. - 1. Call the head office on 01329 835500
- 2. You will speak to a member of our customer service team. Please provide as much detail as possible about the issue you are having, what printer you are using, and which operating system you use.
- 3. All of this information, along with your contact details, will be passed onto the technical team who will book in a call-back.
- 4. Please allow at least 48 hours before your call-back. Be advised that the lead time on call-backs can be longer during our busy periods.
Technical support is charged at £60 per hour, which will be invoiced to you once support has been provided.
