A 6x4 media pack contains 700 printson a rolls which represents 1400 images in a media pack.
The 7x5 media contains 400 prints per roll which is 800 7x5 prints per pack
The 9x6 media contains 310 images per roll which is 620 8x6 or 9x6 prints per pack.
Anatomy of the printer
The front of the P710L opens downwards which facilitates easy loading of the paper and ribbon media.
Spacers are included with the printer and these are used when 7x5 media is loaded (they are not needed for 6x4 and 6x8 / 6x9).
Installing the paper and ribbon is a simple operation which can be done in under a minute and the printer even alerts you when the paper isn't loaded correctly. The ribbon simply snaps into a ribbon tray which is then inserted into the top of the printer.
Media can be changed part way through a roll if needed which increases the printers flexibility.
The printer also has a display panel on the front face which display useful information on the current state of the printer and how many prints remain etc. It's something we think more manufacturers should offer.
